Yesterday was a wonderfully awesome day--and not just because it was my birthday.
Yesterday, I woke up around 9, had a shower and then had the pleasure of eating breakfast outside with a super awesome friend. It was a little chilly, but the sun was shining and everything looked so pretty!
Following that, my roommate and a few other friends from my res all went to the zoo with me where we walked around looking at animals, took goofy pictures and played at the park. Not bad for a newly 19 year old, eh?
It sprinkled/snowed for about an hour, but nothing too serious, so I came back to my room and watched Enchanted simply because I like Disney movies.
To finish off the day, I walked with my breakfast buddy to our Hub group [like Bible study only different] where we had cake and good discussion. It was sooooo pretty out and I took some really cool pictures--which I'll share after I get a chance to really look at them.
Finally, before bed, I talked to my bestie on the phone.
I was and am so blessed. God is good and I shall never forget that!
